It is extremely annoying when the guitar no longer sounds the way it should, the string position is simply not right or something goes wrong.
We are well prepared for most requirements and cover a wide spectrum with our repertoire. Just contact us and we will get it done.
Below you will find an overview of the work we can do for you.
Pick-up and delivery service
If you need a repair or setup and you're from the area, we'll pick up your instrument from home and bring it back to your door once the work is complete. You can even pay conveniently by card.
The surcharge for the pick-up and delivery service is a flat rate of 15,-€ for each repair

Regional-PackageWe will pick up your guitar from your home* and do the following work: String change including strings** Basic cleaning Fingerboard care with LemonOil Deburring and polishing frets Tuning the guitar We will then bring it back to your door. All for a package price of just €39. * Service only applies in the Reichertshofen region. Please just ask - for longer distances we have to decide individually. ** Standard quality strings are used. There is a corresponding surcharge for special strings.

Cleaning/CareListenelement 2includes the following services: Deburring and polishing frets Cleaning and oiling the fingerboard with special fingerboard oil Cleaning and polishing the head, neck and body with special instrument polish (only for high gloss finish) For all guitar types: €25 each We recommend: Changing strings including cleaning with a €5 discount on the total price! ;) Extra charge for pick-up and delivery service: one-off €15

SetupListenelement 3Is your guitar difficult to play? → String action too high, strings too thick, neck curvature incorrectly adjusted. Does your guitar always sound somehow out of tune? → Old strings, saddle notches too narrow, octave purity / intonation not correctly adjusted, tremolo on electric guitars incorrectly adjusted. Are your strings rattling all the time? → String position too low, strings too thin, neck curvature incorrectly adjusted, frets are worn and have notches With the aim of making playing easier for you and bringing back the joy of playing, we offer the following work: Checking and adjusting the octave purity / intonation Adjusting the correct neck curvature (if the guitar has a truss rod) Checking and improving the string position a) for acoustic guitars by filing the saddle notches and / or the bridge insert b) for electric guitars by correctly adjusting the bridge Dressing the frets including deburring and polishing If defective or of poor quality: replace the saddle and / or bridge insert _________________________________ This work is very individual and sometimes quite time-consuming! Therefore, there is no fixed price. We are happy to coordinate this with you depending on the scope of the service and the material costs Additional charge for pick-up and delivery service: one-off 15,-€
And if you are generally dissatisfied with the playability of your instrument, we will be happy to fine-tune it to suit your individual playing style.
